Al’s Drum School: Independent Education Provider of the Year

Al’s Drum School has just been named “Independent Education Provider of the Year” in the Business Awards UK 2025!

This recognition is a huge honour and another major milestone for our team. Following our recent success in the SME News Awards, this second award is another reminder of how far we’ve come. It reflects the hard work, passion, and belief that drives everything we do.

What This Award Means to Us

To be recognised as Independent Education Provider of the Year is more than just a title. It celebrates the work we’re doing not only in our Portslade studio but across the South of England. We now proudly deliver drum tuition in 11 schools, with more joining soon. We support over 150 students every month.

We’ve always believed in the power of music education to inspire confidence, creativity, and joy. Our mission from day one has been to make drumming accessible, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s goals. To have that mission recognised on a national level is something we’re incredibly proud of.
